Supernatural Visa for South African Convergence Student!

Ilse from South Africa needed a visa in a week in order to make it for the beginning of Convergence School.  The US Consulate mistakenly had her apply for the wrong visa which left her without time or options. The Consulate General told her that she needed a form filled out that was very involved and that would potentially take several weeks. Ilse's journey to Texas has been supernatural from the get go, so she began to pray, the CSSM intercessors also were praying. The Consulate talked about her getting a 6-month visitor visa, but then she would have to return to South Africa in the middle of the school year and re-apply. Things looked bleak, BUT GOD! The next morning, Ilse sent the following email: "You will not believe this!! The consulate just phoned me to say that they have devised a way to give me a 9 month visa! Without any forms needed, nothing! I will receive my visa tomorrow! This is God! Praise His wonderful name! With His hand and by His Spirit He did this! Yay!!! Thank You Jesus!"
 

Treasure Hunt Healing!
We headed to the food court, which had been one of my clues, and sat down. After chatting for 5 or 10 minutes I looked up and a lady in a power wheelchair literally whizzed by us. She went to the corner where the restrooms were so we waited until she came back out and went up to explain what we were doing. We asked what her name was and she told us it was Sharon. We then asked what was wrong and she told us that she had had knee surgery on both of her knees and that there was pain in her knees, down her legs and that she also had pain in her feet which caused them to shake. We asked if we could pray and she said yes so Amy started praying and as she was I kept thinking about how Jesus had told the paralytic man to get up and walk and I felt like I was supposed to lay hands on her knees. After Amy finished praying we asked how she felt and she said "Well I feel good, but I wonder if it's just my imagination." We were encouraged by that and I said that I didn't think it was her imagination but that God was doing something. Then I asked if I could lay my hands on her and she said yes. I put my hands on her knee and her feet and started praying again. Amy joined in with more amazing words for her and when we were done Amy asked her if she could test it. She said yes and got up and started walking around. She was shaking and said that it was amazing because she felt no pain! She kept walking around and saying how she was overwhelmed and amazed and she didn't know what to think. Then she started rubbing her hands and saying 'My hands! my hands!' We asked what was wrong with her hands and she said that she had arthritis in her hands but that she didn't feel it anymore! Amy and I were so excited!! Sharon then said that she didn't know how to describe what she felt because she felt like an 'energy' was coursing through her body from her head down to her toes! Amy then explained to her about how that was one of the ways people feel when the Lord has just touched them. By now Sharon's son Brian was wondering what was going on with his Mom because she was crying. So we invited him over and the three of us told him what was happening. One of the words that I had had for Sharon was that there was going to be restoration for her or someone in her family. She then told us a little about her and her son and how she really thought that the word was for him. Before we left we gave her our information and Open Doors location and she said she was going to give us a call. We were so excited that after she left Amy and I grabbed each other and started jumping up and down and doing a happy dance! A man walked by and asked if we had won the lottery and Amy told him that God had just healed a woman. Thank you Father! - Ashley A.

Infant Child's Broken Leg is Healed!
The 1-yr old infant of one of our students fell and injured her leg. The x-rays showed that her leg was broken in three places. Later that week she was going in to have a permanent cast put on her leg. She decided to bring baby Olivia in to CSSM and have the students pray for healing on the way. While the students prayed baby Olivia was very uncomfortable and was screaming. Some of the students sensed that her leg was being snapped back into alignment. By the time she arrived at the doctor, she was calm. As the doctors prepared to examine her leg she grabbed her foot and plunged it into her mouth. The intern examined her and couldn’t feel the fractures. He went in and got the doctor who examined her and changed his mind about the cast. She didn't need it - she had been completely healed! Woman’s Legs healed at Goodwill
This weekend I took a load to the goodwill drop-off center. As I was unloading bags of clothing and toys into a truck, a woman stopped me and took a few items I was carrying to bring inside. I noticed she was limping and in great pain. I overheard her telling someone that she was in tremendous pain and didn’t know what had happened. She was barely able to walk. When I had finished unloading, I went to find her to get a tax receipt. She was now sitting behind a desk. I looked into her tired eyes and could sense her pain and fear. I asked her what was wrong with her legs. She blurted out, “I don’t know, I don’t know if I have cancer or what has happened but my legs are … are not working, and I’m in great pain!” I asked her if I could pray for her and she said “yes.” I got on my knees and laid my hands on her shins. Inviting the presence of God, I told her how much Jesus loved her and commanded the infirmity to leave in Jesus’ name. She thanked me and I asked her to get up and walk. She stood up, took two steps and burst into tears. “Oh my! Oh my! Thank you! Thank you!” she cried. I have no more pain!” I told her that Jesus healed her because He loves her so much. She kept nodding her head as I assured her how sad it makes Him when she is in pain. Tears streamed down her face as she cried, “I have never had faith to believe like this before! Thank you so much!” Thank you Jesus! - Matt B.

CSSM Student's Brother comes to the Lord!
During our time at CSSM, we have often heard how being in the atmosphere of worship in this school would begin to affect our families. There has been many testimonies that have confirmed that and now I have a miraculous one as well. My brother who is now 63, and has always been very much against anything concerning religion, called me up out of the blue to tell me that he has received Jesus. I've always said, "If God can save my brother, he can save anybody.” Well, God can save anybody! Thank you Lord! - Marcia G. 

CSSM Student Family Healings
In November, my daughter Mandy was healed of a sickness of a sinus infection instantly when her doctor in Arizona prayed for her. She didn’t have to get a prescription, she was 100% healed.  Just about 7 months ago the same doctor prayed for her husband for diabetes and high cholesterol.  He was healed 100% and is completely off all his medications.  Praise the Lord! In December I received a miracle healing in both my ears.  I don’t know exactly how much but it is a BIG improvement! - Patti V.

Nursing Home Healing
In our outreach to the nursing home, I’ve started massaging lotion into the ladies hands and praying silently several of the women that have had strokes that have caused their hands to curl up tightly. This week as I prayed, one of the ladies curled hands opened up and laid flat for the first time! Thank you Jesus! - Marian D.

Jesus moving in Public School
We've seen incredible things happening in the lives of the 90 something public elementary school students we have the privilege of sharing the love and light of Jesus with each week. Many have received salvation and are active in sharing their faith. After a lesson about hearing God's voice, a young girl who had received her salvation just 4 days prior began prophesying over me. She gave almost the identical prophesy that our senior leader Marci Fish had spoken over me earlier in the year! - Megan A.
